Flight cancelled
"Trying to make the best out of an unfortunate situation .
Friday evening I got a message from Jetstar saying our Saturday morning flight got cancelled but I managed to book another flight leaving Saturday afternoon. Come Saturday, on the train to the airport I got another message that the rescheduled flight was also cancelled with no more flights for the day .
At this point we saw no point in rescheduling as flight cancellations would span the whole weekend and this was only going to be a two-day trip. Defeated and filled with sadness we dragged ourselves and our luggage to @thegrounds where they were a bit seasonally confused but these bright orange leaves did lift our spirits a bit @julienguyen06 .
